A Dimensional Logo Built for an Exhibit Environment
The booth required an illuminated brand mark that could remain clearly visible against a dark wall while fitting the clean visual language of the exhibit. Teal letter faces preserve the client’s recognizable color, and the indirect white lighting creates separation between the letters and the wall without overpowering the messaging below.
Unlike a printed panel, dimensional letters add physical depth and remain legible from different viewing angles. The halo effect also gives the logo a finished architectural appearance that works well in trade show, corporate, retail, and branded-event environments.

Fabrication and Lighting Approach
Each letter was produced as an individual dimensional element rather than as one continuous cabinet. This preserves the shape of the original wordmark and allows the wall color to remain visible between letters. The teal faces provide the main daytime appearance, while rear-facing LEDs wash light onto the mounting surface to create the halo.

Illumination Testing Before Installation
The assembled letters were illuminated during production so the team could review brightness, color consistency, and the spacing of the halo around each character. Testing before installation helps identify wiring issues and uneven light while the components remain accessible. It also confirms that all letters work together as one balanced logo.
Mounting and Electrical Planning
A full-size paper pattern was used to transfer the logo position to the booth wall. The pattern identifies the outline of each letter and the locations for mounting hardware and electrical pass-throughs. Once those points are established, the letters can be secured in the intended alignment and the wiring connected behind the finished surface.
Trade show walls require careful coordination because access, wall construction, power placement, and installation time can differ from a permanent building wall. Planning the electrical path in advance keeps visible cords away from the finished booth face and supports a cleaner presentation.

The completed sign places the illuminated logo near the top of the exhibit wall, where it remains visible above the display monitor and supporting message. The white halo separates the teal letters from the dark background, reinforcing brand recognition without competing with the rest of the booth design.
