Art Light Direct produced the custom word sign in pink LED neon-style lighting for Machita Dance Company. The three-line layout reads “Machita Dance Company,” giving every word enough space to remain clear while creating one unified installation on the dark studio wall.
Project goals for the Machita Dance Company LED neon sign
The project needed to do more than display a business name. The finished sign had to support the dance studio’s visual identity, look strong against a black wall, and photograph well when instructors and dancers gathered in front of it. Pink illumination provides a clear contrast with the surrounding space while complementing the company’s existing pink-and-black branding.
The lettering was divided into three horizontal sections so the full name could fit the available wall area without feeling compressed. Clear backing panels help the letterforms appear visually light, allowing the pink lines to remain the focus when the sign is illuminated.
From workshop testing to the studio wall
Before installation, the complete lettering was arranged and illuminated for a workshop test. This stage made it possible to review spacing, alignment, electrical connections, and the appearance of the pink light across the separate sections. The production photographs document the clear panels, LED neon-style letter strokes, controller, and power components before the finished piece reached the studio.
Once installed, the sign became part of the room rather than a separate promotional object. The black wall recedes behind the glowing pink outline, which keeps the company name readable without adding a bulky sign cabinet. The finished result works at close range and remains visually distinct in wider group photographs.
A branded feature people can use
A successful interior sign should support the way a space is actually used. Here, the installation identifies the company, adds color to the studio, and gives staff and dancers a repeatable setting for team and social-media photographs. That makes the sign both a permanent interior feature and an active part of the customer experience.
