Custom LED Neon Signs

Custom LED neon signs turn logos, lettering, and artwork into illuminated displays for business interiors, events, retail environments, studios, restaurants, and hospitality spaces.

What Is a Custom LED Neon Sign?

An LED neon sign uses flexible, illuminated tubing to reproduce custom lettering, logos, and graphic outlines. The lighting is typically mounted to a clear or colored backing that supports the design while keeping the illuminated lines visually prominent. Compared with traditional glass neon, LED neon is suited to custom shapes and modular fabrication while producing the bright continuous-line appearance people associate with neon.

Each project begins with the artwork and the intended installation. Letter height, line thickness, spacing, color, overall dimensions, backing shape, mounting surface, and viewing distance all affect the final design. We review these details before production so the sign is sized and constructed for its actual environment.

Common Applications

  • Business logos and branded interior walls
  • Retail displays and storefront interiors
  • Dance studios, fitness spaces, and photo backdrops
  • Restaurants, bars, lounges, and hospitality venues
  • Trade shows, conferences, weddings, and brand activations
  • Decorative statements, icons, and custom artwork

Design and Construction Options

Custom lettering and logos

We can work from vector artwork, a logo file, or a clear design reference. Simple line-based artwork generally translates most directly, while detailed graphics may need to be simplified so the illuminated strokes remain readable and practical to fabricate.

Color and lighting

Color affects both the daytime appearance and the illuminated result. Choose a color that supports the brand and creates enough contrast with the wall or background. Projects can be designed around a single consistent color or reviewed for multi-color sections when the artwork requires them.

Backing and mounting

Backing panels organize the design, support the lighting, and provide mounting points. A clear backing can visually recede against the wall, while a shaped or colored panel can become part of the composition. The intended wall, hanging method, power location, and access for installation should be established before production.

UV-Printed Graphics with LED Neon

UV-printed backers combine photographs, textures and detailed artwork with illuminated LED neon lettering or outlines. The printed layer supplies the background detail, while neon highlights selected elements. The Hubbell Motel design pairs a vintage motel-sign graphic and blue-sky background with red LED neon lettering. Room lighting reveals the printed scene; lower ambient light emphasizes the neon glow.

Mirror-Chrome and Raised Overlay Backers

Mirror-chrome acrylic adds a reflective finish, while a raised overlay backer creates a second physical layer above the base. Studio 7 combines these construction details with multicolor LED neon, adding depth and separation between the foreground design and mirrored surface.

For printed or layered designs, send the background artwork and identify the elements you want illuminated. Include your preferred backer finish, dimensions, mounting method and typical room lighting so the printed graphics, reflections and neon can be planned together.
